Aam Panna / Raw mango squash

Hello friends...
Lets make a delicious drink with raw mangoes today...🥭

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Raw Mango
  2. Sugar
  3. Chaat masala or black salt
  4. Cumin powder
  5. Mint leaves
  6. Water
METHOD:
  • Wash the mangoes nicely and peel its skin
  • Pressure cook the mangoes over 3-4 whistle along with water OR do the same in instant pot and cook for a while
  • Transfer the boiled mango and squeeze and collect its pulp
  • let it cool
  • Blend mango pulp, salt, cumin powder, sugar and mint and make a smooth paste.
  • Our squash is ready... you can store this squash in a bottle and keep in refrigerator for a month.
SERVING METHOD:
  • Add 1/4 glass Aam Panna then add water
  • mix it well 
  • Add ice cubes if needed
                  #Best when served chill!!
