you can try it at your home using ingredients easily available at home.
INGREDIENTS:
1. Suji/Semolina (1 cup)
2. Water (1 1/2 cup)
3. Potato (1 large)
4. Rice flour (1 tbsp)
5. coriander leaves (optional)
6. Salt to taste
7. Cumin/Jeera powder (1/2 tsp)
8. Chilli powder (1 tsp)
9. Oil

METHOD
- Boil 1 1/2 cup of water and salt in medium flame then add suji/semolina into it and cook for 2-3 mins in medium flame.
- Keep aside let it cool. Then grate the potato.
- Add the cooked semolina into potato when it gets cool and then rice flour into it
- Add some salt,1tsp of chilli powder,1/2 tsp of cumin powder and mix the dough.
- After then make thin cylindrical pipe using the dough and connect its ends to make the ring.
- Make more rings using the dough.
- Fry the rings in oil until it gets golden yellow in colour.
